Website Development Package Overview (₹2500 Plan)

1. Shared Hosting (1 Year):
   • Included: Reliable shared hosting for one year.
   • Note: Hosting credentials will not be shared with the client to ensure security and rapid deployment.
2. Predefined Theme:
   • Included: Website built using a high-quality, predefined theme for a professional look.
   • Basic Logo Customization: Adding a provided logo to the site.
3. 2-Month Maintenance:
   • Included: 2 months of free maintenance post-launch for minor updates and fixes.
4. Payment Terms:
   • 10% Token Payment: ₹250 required to initiate the project.
   • Remaining Payment: ₹2,250 due before the project goes live.
   • Non-Refundable: Payments are non-refundable once the project starts.
5. Domain Charges:
   • Domain registration is not included. The client is responsible for purchasing the domain separately.
6. Hosting & Domain:
   • Hosting: Shared hosting for one year.
   • Credentials: Hosting credentials will not be shared with the client to maintain security and rapid development.
7. Theme & Design:
   • Predefined Theme: The site will be developed using a predefined theme. Custom designs or additional customization will incur extra charges.
   • Logo Customization: Basic customization (e.g., adding a provided logo) is included.
8. Content Responsibility:
   • Client’s Responsibility: The client must provide all text, images, and other content in a timely manner to meet the delivery deadline.
9. Post-Launch Support:
   • 7 Days Free Support: Includes bug fixes or issues within the scope of the original project. Changes beyond this period will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
10. Maintenance:
    • Included: 2 months of maintenance for minor updates.
    • Additional Maintenance: Available for ₹4,000 per year after the initial period.
11. Security & Liability:
    • Basic Security: Implemented on the website, but the client is advised to invest in advanced security plugins and updates.
12. Limitations:
    • Scope: This package is designed for rapid development. Custom functionality, extensive design changes, or complex integrations will require a custom quote.
13. Termination:
    • Rights: We reserve the right to terminate the project if the client fails to provide necessary content or feedback in a timely manner, or if they request changes that significantly alter the project’s scope.
14. Client Responsibilities:
    • Content: The client must provide all necessary content within the agreed timeline.
    • Content Management: The client is responsible for managing their content after delivery unless a maintenance package is purchased.
15. Compliance:
    • Legal Responsibility: The client must ensure that all provided content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
