Shared Hosting (1 Year):

• Included: Reliable shared hosting for one year.
• Note: Hosting credentials will not be shared with the client to ensure security and rapid deployment.

Predefined Theme:

• Included: Website built using a high-quality, predefined theme for a professional look.
• Basic Logo Customization: Adding a provided logo to the site.

Website Structure:

• One-Page Website: The website will consist of five sections instead of multiple pages.
• Sections Included: Home, About, Services, Portfolio, and Contact.
• Customization: Custom designs or additional sections will incur extra charges.

12-Month Maintenance:

• Included: 12 months of free maintenance post-launch for minor updates and fixes if u review our work .

Payment Terms:

• 10% Token Payment:  required to initiate the project.
• Remaining Payment:  due before the project goes live.
• Non-Refundable: Payments are non-refundable once the project starts.

Domain Charges:

• Not Included: The client is responsible for purchasing the domain separately.

Content Responsibility:

• Client’s Responsibility: The client must provide all text, images, and other content in a timely manner to meet the delivery deadline.

Maintenance:

• Included: 12 months of maintenance for minor updates.
• Additional Maintenance: Available for 2000 per year after the initial period.

Security & Liability:

• Basic Security: Implemented on the website, but the client is advised to invest in advanced security plugins and updates.

Limitations:

• Scope: This package is designed for rapid development. Custom functionality, extensive design changes, or complex integrations will require a custom quote.

Termination:

• Rights: We reserve the right to terminate the project if the client fails to provide necessary content or feedback in a timely manner, or if they request changes that significantly alter the project’s scope.

Client Responsibilities:

• Content: The client must provide all necessary content within the agreed timeline.
• Content Management: The client is responsible for managing their content after delivery unless a maintenance package is purchased.

Compliance:

• Legal Responsibility: The client must ensure that all provided content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
